Giuseppe Aloisi
Giuseppe graduated with honours from the University of Pisa and qualified to practise as a lawyer, achieving the highest marks in the oral examinations.
He passed the national competitive examination for appointment as a notary announced by the decree of the Director-General for Civil Justice dated 21 April 2016. His practice focuses primarily on real estate and corporate transactions and reorganisations, assisting both securities investment funds and real estate investment funds.
He has taught extensively at universities and on courses preparing candidates for the legal profession and the national notarial examination.
He is a civil-law notary based in Milan and has been practising since 3 July 2019.
Antonio D'Amico
Antonio graduated with honours from Luiss Guido Carli University, with a dissertation on corporate arbitration that received a special commendation from the examining board.
He collaborates with the Civil Procedure teaching team at the University of Calabria, where he holds the academic designation of “cultore della materia” in the subject.
He qualified to practise as a lawyer and received the Cantàfora Award after achieving the highest ranking in his Court of Appeal district.
He passed the national competitive examination for appointment as a notary announced by the decree of the Director-General for Civil Justice dated 21 April 2016.
Since 2017, he has taught on preparation courses for the national notarial examination. He subsequently founded his own notarial school, dedicated entirely to preparing candidates for that examination.
He is a civil-law notary based in Milan and has been practising since 3 July 2019.
Rossella Gargano
Rossella graduated from the University of Bari and qualified to practise as a lawyer in 2018.
She passed the national competitive examination for appointment as a notary announced by the decree of the Director-General for Civil Justice dated 2 October 2017. She is a civil-law notary based in Milan.
Her practice focuses primarily on real estate and the non-profit sector. She also has expertise in tax law, the subject of her university dissertation.
She joined our team on 1 January 2021.
