Escrow agreements and accounts
We prepare escrow agreements and arrange dedicated accounts, specifying the conditions on which funds are to be held and released. Payments are made in accordance with the agreed instructions.
Related agency and custody arrangements
We also act under mandates authorising us to represent clients in sales of real estate or equity interests, hold pledged share certificates on behalf of financing banks, and hold schedules of assigned receivables in custody in connection with securitisations.
