Bohopo Holdings, a property and hospitality investment company, has completed a structured transaction through its Italian subsidiary Uno Otto. Following the transaction, it owns the entire share capital of Hotel Star and the hotel property of the same name on Via dei Bossi in central Milan.
ADG Notai handled the notarial aspects of the transaction through notary Giuseppe Aloisi. The team comprised Gaia De Lutiis and title-search specialist Micah Garnace, who dealt with the real estate aspects; lawyer Valeria Gallo, who handled corporate law matters; and Roberta Locatelli and Alice Lo Curcio, who managed the registration and filing formalities.
LCA Studio Legale advised the purchaser with a team led by partner Barbara de Muro and senior associate Mario Niggeler on corporate and contractual matters. Partner Benedetta Mussini and associate Valentina Brovedani handled regulatory, building and planning issues, while partner Giuseppe Bologna and associate Michol Bartucci advised on employment law.
For Bohopo, the transaction was coordinated by Head of Acquisition Oren Saada and CEO Minas Terlidis.
Studio SPT, through partner Maurizio Scazzina and senior associate Domenico Spina, advised the purchaser on the tax aspects of the transaction.
The sellers were assisted by La Russa law firm, through of counsel Carlo Amisano, on legal matters, and by Armando Aiello on tax.
